The reliance of excessive expensive diagnosis for management of patients with disease has lead to a scenario in which the potential risk of over diagnosis and treatment is far more complicated then the benefits of early accurate diagnosis.
While in some diseases screening of patients can be beneficial, yet in some tests can be counterproductive mainly for the patient. In era tumultuous economic changes globally..It does give enough evidence for health care professionals to ponder about how much is good for a patient to make informed diagnosis.
